Something just won't ever make sense every time they babble this. Why would bad motherfucker Mexican drug lords, that would chop your balls off and feed them to their dogs for fun, would need to grow their bounty in the neighboring country when their own country and politicians has already been bought and on the payroll. The DEA agents won't behead you, chop off your genitals, and stick them in your mouth for photo ops while beating your dog to death. Drug policies must change in regard to cannabis, but that's no excuse to side with one evil over another. Much has changed in relation to cannabis through legislation, and nothing is being done about illegal immigration. The good citizens of Mendocino know this and are tired of it.
