@gaiagale They're working to get the barge off ground and back into service making money for its owner.Empty barges are just along for the ride when in tow and don't get paid for carrying no cargo.

I can see the film is about may things and about people, Why would you hope for sarcasm when I simply asked a polite question. I'm still curious. I'm guessing the barge is different than "the fix" and perhaps they are preparing to 'fix' the barge. I'd like to understand, so please respond only if you have a polite intelligent answer. thanks

i'm gonna hope you're being sarcastic because you can't be THAT stupid. this is a behind the scenes clip. the fix is what they were actually there to film, they just didn't show it here because that's not what this clip was about.

i aint gunna lie, ive been looking into alot of political, war, behind the scenes stuff that has to do with anything from nibiru, to the UCC to 9/11. But i have never heard anything about that magazine being a front runner in support for the 'war on terror' do you have any sites or vids you could share that upholds some of what you are saying?
