John Karlson's speakers provided sound reinforcement for the 1964-65 New York City World's Fair.
There's a few homemade speakers to show whats happening in the hobbyist realm today. Thanks to Roger Russell for the file. Special thanks to Wayne Green who helped get the Karlson company and speaker going.

  • Very well done audio on the 1964 radio show "Hi-Fi Workbench" and your videos showing Karlson various enclosures and loudspeakers. This is an original rare taped copy of some of the audio from this New York local radio broadcast I got from McIntosh engineer Roger Russell who recorded it in 1964. He has the "Roger Russell's McIntosh History" site on the web. I have the full radio show audio content. I feel that the original 15 inch Karlson enclosure is a very viable design ! Al Stemen

  • Hi Al - how about uplinking the whole program in ~9 minute segments?
