@thecoolhatdude Monitor mixer I think. The costume is part of the 'Rust Never Sleeps' concept that includes the oversized amp props and the 'Road-Eyes' (roadies) that look like characters from Star Wars.

The audio appears to be from the 'Rust Never Sleeps' album which is the same performance as this but with overdubs (the 'door slam' sound on the back beat, and the backing vocals on 'Johnny Rotten/Rotten Johnny' @ 2:41) - on my DVD of this you can hear the more hesitant backing vocals on one of those lines and no vocals on the second. The version on 'Live Rust' is a difference performance from another night, I think.
Anyway, awesome song and album(s).
