punk was "killed" by a bunch of media whores that wanted to capitalize on a musical style that was growing in popularity. It was no one band that damaged the image of true punk musicians. Punk is an idea and a feeling; you can't kill an idea so punk isn't really dead at all. it's just in a bad remission right now.

Interpretation of song & lyrics is spot on. The video is just simply really cool to watch. Thank you, as I am afraid this music will be lost to the mass of shit that is compiling as everyone and their mother calls themselves some sort of DJ.I assume only as society in general becomes more affluent, art (lyric, song, dance, play, etc.)becomes more prevalent only in that more people with no sight/inspiration are embracing the act. If this is as human evolution unfolds, leave me under the mushroom.

I remember as a young punk seeing Crass playing in the back of a Transit van with the panels all sawn off in Glasgow around 1981.Always loved Eve's voice on this and Where Next Columbus?Politics withstanding..and Penny Rimbaud's penchant for military tattoo style drumming,they are sonically similar to SWANS.

The Punk we remember was mixed with dross in it's day; there are beautiful, mutant flowers out there, whether made by DJ's and their mothers, or new punk bands, or something that's never been heard of yet. Punks weren't the first, and sure as shit we won't be the last.
