The Rasmus es una banda finlandesa de rock alternativo con ciertos tintes de rock gótico, que en sus inicios tocaba funk y rapcore. Actualmente son considerados como una de la bandas finlandesas y europeas más importantes e influyentes. Tienen un alto nivel de popularidad en Latinoamérica, Alemania, España, Escandinavia y en varias naciones de Asia. Como muchas otras bandas europeas, el grupo interpreta casi totalmente en inglés. A la fecha han vendido más de 2.5 millones de álbumes alrededor del mundo.
