My state has outlawed free plastic bags ( you have to pay 15c each for them now) to discourage the use. The first time I saw drinks sold in plastic bags, in Cambodia, I was amused and couldn't help but wonder if they had been recycled :)

Did you ask permission to photograph those women? If so, how? If not, did they seem to mind you videoing them?

First, I sat there on a low stool for a while, ate, watched. hung out with them. Then
took out my camera, put it on my lap and turned it on. Looked another direction. At one point the woman on the left is talking to some tourist who has pointed his camera at her and she is telling him 'no'. Me, they seemed to accept.
