omg me too gurlie i stoppped my HCG spray cuz my house got caught on fire so i had to stay n a hotel for 3 weeks i just moved into a nice apartment so ima be gettin my spray soon i miss everyone 2 lol but im fine my families fine i been going up n down frm like 203 to 206 didnt reallly do P3 eitha doing another round but happy for u gurlie keep in touch

You buy the spray online already pre-mixed. Some people swear by it, others say its a scam... but it seems to be working just fine for Empress.
