this is my 1988 dt50 which i have completely rebuilt big bore kit front and rear sprockets race reeds exaust pipe all sorted 110 back tyre and lots of other stuff fanx 4 looking.

cool vid - reminds me of my never ever ending tuning days when I was 16. I got mine to 59 mph with a 65 big bore cylinder (I filed down the exhaust port also) Gianelli front pipe gave the bike a power band, then, messed with the carb jets and sprockets... huge fun. These days most youth seem to ride the twist and go :/

hello i have asked you a few questions about my dt and your answers were good. thanks, anyway i have another question is that silencer is it a gianelli and did it have restrictions in and if so how did you remove it exactly?

@Billym247 yea and it did wot i done was cut it at the end a slide the baffels out it should like like 3 plates with toubs and i cut one off them off so it had 2 baffel left in the exhaust and the welded it back together and how is your dt goin and if you dont understand just mail bck and ill try and explain more to u

gerrie backbox but then we cut the exhast and taken all the resrection out and my dad mate welded and my dads the painter so they do a good job with it all

@alanw1992 Okay, thanks for your info i am going to buy one of those exhausts :). And yes my dt is getting on fine thanks,i have bought a big bore kit, little end and am going to fit it in a few days and test it on the field. My dad is going to paint it as he is a painter also like your dad. It will be black which is the original colour, and the wheels are fine and very shiny lol :). i am only getting the panels painted not frame And then i will post a video, then a year till i'm on the road :D
