Can I use Intel's SRT with a Intel Lynnfield Core i7-870 processor? I have a msi motherboard model # MS-7588. P55M-SD40

Nice video and nice to know that information.

There won't be any difference with the performance through certain HDD benchmark programs because they're not using the cached data on the SSD.

This is so flawed. Why would you compare one of the slowest drives (5400rpm) to the performance of a hybrid? The alternative to a SSD is a 7200rpm drive, not a 5400.
Also, all these benchmarks are synthetic and not real world so their numbers are worthless. How about timing boot & load times with programs ,response times?
Most helpful would be a price comparison of this XHD option to the obviously superior SSD only option b/c the z68 chipset costs $80+ more than a p67 one. IMO just get a SSD.

@motherboardsorg . nice video. i have a question. do i have to use the ( Intel 311 SSD ) or can i use the ( Agility 3 120GB SATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Solid State Drive (SSD) with SandForce 2281 Controller ) and which SSD will give me better performance when used with (Caviar Black 1TB 7,200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive WD1002FAEX - OEM). thank you forward.
