@tearmann Agree that her attempt at 'funky' (including "Star is Born") really do not do her justice (nor does she, it). But her "Classical" is one of my favorites or hers, if for no other reason that the instrumentals are calmer, quieter (no rythmns) and therefore the instrument of her Voice can be fully appreciated.

"butterfly" - streisand's attempt at being african-american, it falls short. kind of like her "classical" album, some things just aren't meant to be.

The BEST version of this song. Love it!

LOVE the electric guitar. The entire album with Grandmas Hands, Guava Jelly etc; has a sort of reggae feel to it. One of Barbra's best (of many) 70's albums.
