awesome job!!

In your ex cards 7,8,10 and 11 have 1 light thread . Now you only need to rotate the cards so that the light thread is in the position it should be, A B C or D.
This is a way to save a lot of time and frustration because you don't have loose ends of thread but you need a loom where the bars are attached only on one side. You can use clamps (joints de serrage). All is explained in "Tablet Weaving Magic" by Otfried Staudigel . Just this time saving method is worth the price of the book.

... and attach one light thread, then you go back and forth from A to B as many times as there are cards with 1 light thread and 3 dark. Next you attach 1 more light instead of dark according to pattern, whether alternate or contiguous, and continue until you have done all cards needing 4 light threads. When done you attach the end to the starting group of 4 threads. ONLY then do you position the cards according to pattern as to
1 color,
2 S or Z
3 starting position...

If you were using the continuous warp method I mentioned you would ignore the hole letters for the time being. You would stack all cards and pass dark thread in the 4 holes and carry the stack of cards with the thread passing thru them from one end of the loom to the other and put 1 card each time in the weaving area incl. on the return trip from point B to point A. When all the tablets needing 4 dark threads are in the weaving area you cut the thread before reaching point A ...

Great video! I've never tried tablet weaving in a loom but now I gotta try it.

The key to this method is to understand you can shift card -ORDER, which allows you to warp all similar thread cards in succesion and then shift them to their proper place in the pattern; and
- POSITION so that if 4 cards have only 1 light thread but in all different holes you just have to turn each card to place that thread where it should be.
It is a mistake to write ABCD on the holes, because they get their letter only when all the warping has been done!

Thanks a lot for those tips, I'll try this next time.

I would adore to have this video dubbed over with English... It is the most wonderful and efficient explanation of tablet weaving that I have seen.. Thank you so much...
