@ETP1 In 1990, Channel 4's NICAM Stereo coverage still had not covered the whole country but by the summer months it had only covered 50% of the population.

This is where I first heard "Robinson Crusoe" by AON. It was before I went to work so it must have been some time between 7 and 8 a.m (UK). I was entranced so I went and bought "The Ambient Collection". YouTube is just a nostalgia machine :)

@ETP1 I watched it about 1990 when it was on Ch.4 in the morning for 1 and a half hours. Taped quite a bit
for a few days. Still have them although a lot of stuff is duplicated.I haven't got your suggestion but Wine Dark Sea by Laurence Neill is on YT. Just Google it. Don't remember it at all.Oh yes. Thanks for your comment.
It's surprising how many people still remember watching it.
Hello. Well, I've just got a VHS machine from someone on Freecycle tonight and the second tape I played, found it, what luck is that. Its called 'Connections', music by Steven Halpern, no. 0078 in the series. Although the music on my tape is replaced with something I composed at the time, so, i've now transfered it to DVD, and will later put it up on here. Would be good the hear the original peice of music though, should you find the video yourself. Happy hunting. Rob

@ROBBOTASTIC Well done. I didn't think it was that one . I do have the original on tape and will look it up
and put it on You Tube in due course. I'll let you know when I've done it.

Hi and thanks for the reply. Definately in The Art of Landscape series. The only way i can describe it was as below. It starts with the camera moving very close to and in/out of foliage, plants and flowers etc set to music. I probably have a vhs tape somewhere with it on, but dont have a vhs to play it on anymore. I hope the above helps. Thanks, Rob

@ROBBOTASTIC Hello again. There are a few where the camera moves slowly around flowers, woodland
and foliage. Probably some I haven't seen. The best way I could trace it is to recall the type of music.
My best guess is a Lovely Garden with colourful Rhododendrums and Azeleas. Is this the one? Maybe it would be easier for you to borrow a VHS player or try E Bay. Maybe someone else out there can help.

would you have the film that featured macro images of plants and leaves, as though flying through them up close? Would like to see that once again.
Thanks

@ROBBOTASTIC Is it from the Art of Landscape broadcasts ? If so I'll have a search for it but the Macro bit doesan't readily come to mind. If you give me a clue as to the music. that would help a lot.
