  • @mrostos It takes a while before you'll get into competition, but being fit, strong and having some martial arts ability is going to increase self-confidence

  • I'm fifteen and I want to get back into shape , build muscle, and have that great feeling when your body is full of energy. My self esteem is pretty low and I want to learn a martial arts. What one should I learn first? I want to have self defense too.

  • Really, mma increases your self-confidence? So if you start out doing mma and lose a bunch of fights then that doesnt really increase your self-confidence does it?
