Adobe premiere pro 2 for editing, Adobe After Effects for the Keying.

yes I use After Effects and Motion, both have good Keying tools. Keylight is amazing, but pity I don't have it in my version. I guess you used more than one mask to do it?

Briefly: Colour difference key, junk mask, simple choker, replace colour (turned blue bits into vomity-brown) and bezier warp to direct the stream of vomit.
