The song is Boomerang by Steven Strait. Yep - he sings too.
The actress is Pell James. They were both in Undiscovered together. I did use one clip of Maggie Grace from Lost (she was Shannon) for the dance thing to go with my story. Thanks for the comment!

Yes. I used clips of the same actor from another movie he was in, along with a Sky High clip.
