Apartment Noise - me complaining

Watch the video. Warning, some foul language.

I recorded this video shortly after I banged on the ceiling with the broom handle. As you can see I am sick and tired of the noise from above all the time. As the other video I posted shows an example of the noise (old Neighbor on the cheap wood floor) They finally moved out - back in June 2009, I posted an Video back on April 2009.

The floors are so paper thin I hate it.

By the way I have new neighbor - no kids at least but would it be any better of having the same floor up their? Well I had them for 6-7 months now and I am still complaining this is why I posted this video.

I hope I will be planning move upstairs or something soon, but My dad won't let me unless I hire a mover maybe??? Don't know but Don't seem I will be getting anywhere anytime soon I am very frustrated.

I will keep saving up and once I have the money I may be able to do something about solving this problem. The only way I can think of solving is me moving to the top floor. I have bicycles and they may be a pain in the ass to move up and down the stairs all the time. As of right now I live on the ground floor.

I live on the top floor and I am reasonably a quite tendant. I've complained to my land lord many times about the noise downstairs. Theres no need to slam the damn front door. Everytime that happens my apartment walls shake I can't even enjoy watching TV. I work nights so trying to sleep during the day is next to impossible.

I have been a noise survivor for 6 years and still ok with my method. Step #1- Buy a pair of "PELTOR" ear muffs from a musicians store. Step #2 - Google brown noise on internet. If no computer, get to one whatever it takes. Find a free download of brown noise mp3 and save it to computer then put the file into a mp3 player and set it to repeat the file over. Put your ear buds in then peltor headphones on and adjust volume while upstairs noise is going untill it cant be heard. works.
