Okay, it seems Madonna's re-writing history! She recently told Jay Leno that the only reason she rolled on the floor during this performance was because she had lost her shoe. It seems she did lose her shoe around 1:50 because you can see her putting it back on. But, the rolling on the floor at the end had nothing to do with shoes!
