Lots of soccer training videos and soccer tutorials on youtube but this is the 30 Minute Soccer Training Session #11. Have a great session!

Equipment Needed: 4 cones and a soccer ball

Session:
0 - 10 minutes:
Warm Up. Jog a Stretch a 5 minutes. Then get the ball out, be creative and do different movements, skills and quick bursts using the ball. Start getting your mind right for your session.

10 -- 15 minutes:
Sprints with cones using the ball. 4 cones. Set up a start cone, two middle cones closer together, and an end cone. Dribble to 3rd cone, cut back with outside of right foot, dribble to second cone, cut back with left foot, then sprint to top cone. Light jog back. Rest 20 seconds, repeat 5 times. For extra challenge juggle during rest time.

15 -- 20 minutes:
Cardio work with the ball. 30 seconds hard running with the ball, 30 seconds light running with the ball. Repeat cycle 5 times. Make sure to go slow on light juggling. We want the heart rate up and the heart rate down.

20 -- 25 minutes:
Cardio work with the ball. 45 seconds hard, 30 seconds rest. Repeat 4 times.

25 -- 30 minutes:
Juggling and skills. Work on your tricks, do juggling combo's like foot, thigh, foot, thigh. Be creative. This is part of your cool down and your time to be creative.

*If you want to extend the training session time then add on time to any section you want extra work on.

*Make sure to finish with cool down and stretching. If you are up for it add on a few sit ups and push ups!

  • Excuse me if I heard wrong be did you say you was a former pro!?...

  • @restrictedtv1 you didn't hear me wrong, that's what I said.

  • This stuff looks pointless but it really works I'm going to start training with your video in my yard. XD

  • @MultiJavi72 I assure you, it's not pointless. Glad you see that it works and have fun training doing this session!

  • what does juggling accomplish for your game?

  • @FingerMyFinger it helps improves your touches and ball control. Do you think you will have better ball control and be a better player if you can juggle 500 times versus a player that can juggle only 10 times? I would say you would be better. Juggling helps.

  • @FingerMyFinger close control

  • @fznutmeg83 as for slowing game down. You have to communicate to teammates to slow it down. You be the person in the middle constantly getting the ball and distributing. You dictate the pass. Sometimes passing forward, sometimes passing back or sideways.

  • @fznutmeg83 I haven't made a video yet for receiving out of the air, but I will at some point. Watch my video next week that is for receiving a pass. it's basic but it will be good for you. Think of catching an egg. Don't just let the egg hit you, you have to cushion it in. Same with receiving out of the air, cushion the ball in, don't let it just hit you.

  • @OnlineSoccerAcademy my question is how do i get better at receiving in the air and how do I keep the team intact when I'm the only one playing mid and all the other mids are defending cuz our defense sucks...And how should I slow down the game?I started working on my receiving and passing already though...And sorry for not asking you the question at first...ran out of characters...
