a 2001, an Erick siren, & a model 5? wow thats an awful lot of sirens in one sector, imagine how all three would sound going off together.

The siren you are hearing in this video is a classic Erick fire siren. I've heard one in person on my way to school when I was on campus at South Williamsport Jr./Sr. High School sounding for a chimney fire. The Erick fire siren company made these sirens in the 1930s and the one I heard and the one you heard are 2 of maybe millions of sirens nationwide! Sweet video by the way! Classic vintage siren sound!

Based on the very slow wind-up and wind-down along with the low amount of reverb, that was the Erick going off.

That Model 2001 has been up thee for a short time. I remember when there was a Thunderbolt just off to the left of the water tower about 200 feet away and yes, I have heard all 3 sirens going off during a storm back in the 1980's. I wish I had a video or audio of that.

@CorvetteLoverZR1 I think they only use the FS 2001 and one of the sirens on the tower.
sounds like an STH10, is that because of the same number of ports?

@JustBearWithMe Most single tone sirens sound the same to me! It depends mostly on motor RPM.

When do the others sound?

@tycoonkid9 They would use the 2001 for an emergency and one of the sirens for the 9PM sounding.
