  • @TrainEatySleepy I use it in my hair too! Coconut oil is the only oil I cook with because it is the ONLY oil that can withstand high temps without compromising the antioxidant content and doesn't oxidize from high heat. Other oils actually change chemical structure aka cross linking, fragmentation and polymerization). Basically all other oils are denatured during the cooking process. Coconut oil is not.

    Instead of stevia, you could use Truvia found @any grocery store :)

    Curious though, aren't coconut flour and rice flour high on Carbs though? And carbs usually are converted to sugar in the body. I have a phobia against flours and not really sure which one to choose!!

  • I really appreciate this channel. I am the type of person that wants to be as healthy as I can-but I was looking for a channel like this that showed how to cook healthy as well have things like pancakes without compromising your health. I just don't agree with the way society perceives how to eat. I think we just need to stick to everything very natural & use it as a lifestyle

  • I made these but altered the recipe because I forgot to buy brown rice flour and I don't have extra egg whites around. Just using coconut flour was so good! I made these 2 days in a row. I'm so surprise how 2 small pancakes were so filling.
