@faebooo the vegan diet is dangerous, it contains no B12 and no vitamin D. People argue that we get our D from the sun but not everyone lives in Florida or California. In almost every part of Canada you get 6-7 months of cold cloudy weather, thats when we're supposed to get the D from animal sources either raw dairy or fish. I know lots of ppl who have gotten sick from the vegan diet (cavities, hair loss, low energy, extreme weight loss, etc...). check out Weston Price's research.

Oh yeah, we find the Q+A vlogs helpful.
Thanks Paul.

Hi Paul,
We enjoy your vlog because you take a rational, balanced approach to nutrition, unlike so many extremists on YT. We're trying to kick our worst habit -- night eating. Is drinking warm milk all right?

Since the soil is depleted now, what used to support a person, is no longer enough, so the focus has to be more on mineral rich foods like seaweeds and dark greens. If we eat a diet centered around those dense greens, then we shouldn't have to supplement. Problem is that most vegans are focusing on hybridized sweet fruits, unripe fruits, and too many nuts (acidic and pull minerals from teeth). Focus on kale, spinach, romaine, dulse, parsley, cilantro, avocados, berries, algae...high minerals.

Loving the beard <3
If supplementation is necessary in a raw vegan diet, wouldn't that imply, that a raw vegan diet is not the most suitable diet for humans?
