They are cowards of epic proportion. I live and work in China, so here is how it will pan out. The male family members of the female bus driver will not rest until they find out the identities of the two animals that did this. They will then hunt them down over months, even years. When they find them, they will befriend them; get them very drunk; get the admission of guilt; drag them out back; and beat them to death with steel bars. Don't think this will go unpunished.
