Yeah, Iceman is far more powerful than it would seem on first glance. Extreme tempatures at either end don't both him because his own body tempature is stuck at a cozy 32 degrees. While comics and movies are different, the potential for Bobby's ability once he has it honed is fairly redicilous. He can freeze the entire planet if he was really wanting to. Iceman is better his power is far superior than torch

Torch can fly fast enough to dodge a missile should be able to avoid ice. Iceman is slower slides on ice. Torch can also absorb heat and creat cold, so is not limited to just heat. Cyclops has beaten iceman before was not able to defeat The Torch who's flame blocked his blast so Torch should win.
