How to change the announcer voice in mugen

This tutorial shows how to change the announcer voice in mugen. You will need fighter factory to do this. Get it here: http://www.freewarefiles.com/fighter-...
The sounds I added are my own vocals. Note, the anoucer at the title screen, character select screen and vs screen is part of the mp3 that plays during each of those screens...which I also created and were not part of the screen pack. Hope the tutorial helps. Any questions, hit me up

but i thought you tweaked a existing voice over.

i can do voices myself so i can make it work.
