How to change the oil and filter on a Honda CB1000R.

I hope by watching this short vid, those of you who have never attempted an oil and filter change will have a go, its really quite easy and will save £££. Including oil and new filter, this cost me £29.99..

The principle is the same on all bikes and the process on Honda Blades, Fireblades Hornets should be very similar,

Pro Job, even wearing gloves, Torque wrench for head bolts and stuff , by hand for filters and plug is what lots of guys do
