  • @samphire87 maybe u partners family should just give away the dog mate? i know its hard but then again hes 6 month now and best doing it now maybe adopt another breed . In my option this is the dog for VERRY active dog trainers if they not train extremly much the dog will ruin ur house for sure

  • I can't really say they are the best, but they are recognized as most intelligent, take away the long coat, the minority of hip dysplasia and eye problems, and give the dog a little more muscle, and that's my idea of the best dog ever, but I guess it's about your personal opinion. I plan on breeding my own lie of dogs, and I definitely will use border collies and kelpies as the main foundation stock

  • border collies are the best dogs ever

  • @inyourdreamsladdie

sadly that won't happen, and its very much out of my control as it isn't my pet. They have been advised by myself and others but they don't want to know.

It really doesn't sit right with me. I want to do what i can for the dog now they have it.

  • i can touch one cuase i have one

  • @samphire87 I think they should should give the dog to someone who can look after it properly, your uni` breaks are hardly enough to keep a dog like that stimlutated-which is what it needs day in day out!

  • hi there, i really enjoyed your video! my partners family have a 6month border collie cross whippet. Sadly they picked the wrong breed for thier lifestyle & so the dog isn't getting the right mental & physical stimulation. I visit often and do what i can for the dog whilst im there.

Over the summer i will be home from university. Do you think that agility would be a good route to take this type of dog? Also, is approximately 9months a good age to train a dog to do agility health wise? thank you!

  • I LOVE Border Collies. I'll always have a Border Collie:)

  • GO BORDER COLLIES!!!

  • Yes, they are brilliant in every way. However, you can't truly appreciate the wonder of this dog until you've seen it herd sheep.
