In this video Connie Degroot (a Beverly Hills realtor with Coldwell Banker) says that Peter is misleading people and that the housing market is not going to go down in 2008. She claims that Peter is just trying to sell a book and that real estate will rebound in 2008. According to her, it is "a terrific time to buy."
