@shawnta2002191 She definitely does instruct verbally in basic flow (and all the other sequences too)...even though I've practiced for years I wouldn't be able to do it without verbal cues either. :) But I'd definitely suggest, if you're totally new to yoga, that you take a few live instruction classes if possible because when you first start out it's really helpful to have an instructor show you exactly how to correctly hold each posture.

I was watching some of the trailors on the Basic Flow. Does she not speak or instructe verbally during the video? For instance on the Shiva rea radiant heart yoga dvd. Because as a beginner I cant see myself doing yoga with some type of verbal instruction going from one pose to another without looking up at the dvd.
