@dpclerks09 the repetition brings you to a mental state where you can observe oncoming thoughts without letting them take over you mental facilities... most music consumes people with bullshit that keeps their mind/ego busy and they never get to experience stillness.. this music is like trance or ambient music taken to a whole new level.. i can see how you can think this is hard to listen to.. try to clear your mind and leave all preconceived notions at the door
