That's right! Don't spank your kid. Just stick her on a stool in a room no bigger than a closet. That'll teach her.... Personally, I'd rather get spanked. At least I know my mother or father is involved. Stick the kid in a closet---THAT is really cruel.

Re: the "Hollywood beds"...what's crazy is that in season 1, Lucy and Ricky's twin beds are pushed together...then in s2...I think after she announces she's pregnant...they get the beds pushed apart. we don't see a married couple in a big bed again till Samantha and Darrin Stevens (If I'm not mistaken)
