This is great. The mistakes he make are endearing.

This is one of the most impressive things I've ever seen. I thought for sure that this song couldn't be played solo/acoustically, but I guess if there were a person capable of that, it'd be Colin.

the lyrics are like poetry.

he does have an accent of sorts, i thought they were a british band or from minnesota the first time i heard them
-
he always funny

Seeing them on May 20th for the first time ever. I'm so looking forward to it, and this really pumps me up for it. His voice sounds phenomenal live, exactly like it does on their albums... I can't freaking wait!

My god... to hear him play this acoustically is phenomenal. I also love how much he seems to enjoy playing it. It's like there's no end to the depth of this band, like every time you think that you've heard everything, you find some nugget of gold like this.

shit i loved this song but to find out he does it acoustically i've gotta learn this one. D:

How did he make such an involved song sound so good in an acoustic version? Holy CRAP.

would you like some cheese with that "whine".
is it just me, or does colin sing in an accent? =]

I think he said that he sounds that way sometimes because he used to listen to a lot of old British folk growing up or something. I forgot where he said that. But basically he would sing along to those songs, and kind of adopted that style.
