I was riveted to all this early TV history
at age 11. Back then, though, other than
the writings of Max Wilk, the only video artifacts on display were at the original Museum of Broadcasting in NYC on 53rd st, a one-floor operation in the Paley Building.

"WESTINGHOUSE STUDIO ONE" (1949-'58) was one of the finest of all live TV anthlogy series; most of these episodes survived because a cache of 16mm kinescopes was unearthed at a former Westinghouse warehouse a few years ago...

I am almost twenty six years of age and I say this will be a wonderful release. Much better than anything seen on television now.
