Jeez who cares about the meaning, its different for all of us, for me this song is about hookers in the blue light district of NJ and NY city , its the horns the guitar, the way they are so tight that make this a great song. Get a grip on good music and post something yourself if you have ever left your computer or cell phone long enough to learn how to play a musical instrument.
