The song competed for Portugal in the first semi-final of Eurovision 2010, where Filipa Azevedo performed 14th in the running order, following Greece's Giorgos Alkaios and Friends with "OPA" and preceding Macedonia's Gjoko Tanesk with "Jas ja imam silata". "Há Dias Assim" qualified for the final round, where she performed 22nd in the running order preceding Israel's Harel Skaat with "Millim". The song finished 18th with 43 points.
