@markkulka55 Your wrong if you para-sail in the states like I have many places like Lake Havasu in Arizona for instance they only take you up 650 feet this guys boat and others working that area had it posted on there boat. When I go out of the country like Playa Bavaro they will give you 1200 and when the wind and condition put you almost directly above your boat. Most places in the US for insurance reasons limit how far up you can go. DUMB ASS
