Nice! Although, I don't think the towel is necessary. I'm your size and my strength is probably something similar to yours. When you start out with the 20 reps, you feel the bar on your traps, but eventually you forget it is even on your back. This is why I reccommend taking the towel off and enduring. Also, you will build tougher traps without it.
i was watching your DIY stand video and saw this one and wanted to check it out. i'm no expert of anything, but from what i've been told by coaches is that when you are on your way back up, your supposed to "drive" your elbows forward and upward. they say your supposed to do this because it flexes your pec. muscles and it helps. just suggesting. btw, cool guitar stand. i want to do one like it.
