  • what do you suggest if I find the traction always hurts me... is it best just to skip it I suffer from my not too severe lower back pain

  • @sneakonproductionz Traction artificially stretches ligaments and can cause more damage than good, that's why Gonstead doctors never use it. It is the worst thing you can perform on the spine. It straightens the lordotic curve of the lumbar and cervical spine. I would urge you to find a Gonstead doctor of chiropractic in your area and get good Gonstead adjustments.

  • If you need help locating your nearest Gonstead chiropractor, please message us or call us at (818) 558-4030. Thanks, and good luck.

  • would you happen to know of a chiropractor in Charlotte, NC (on the north side)?

  • @TheImmaculateAR You may want to research Dr. Craig Schulman. I don't know him personally, but from what I understand he is a Gonstead ]chiropractor in your area. Best of luck.

  • thx for the referral. Dr. Mendez

  • @mendezdc You're welcome.

  • i need a double breasted blazer..

  • Hey good vid. Tell me when should you ice an area instead of heating an area?

  • Quick question for you, Dr: can subluxations cause other pain symptoms, like soreness or sensitivity in the skin areas near the subluxation? If so, is it caused by the effect on nerves in those areas?

  • @marcogiuliano1 Doc, what's it like to be so awesome? ;-) Good health and wellness!

  • @marcogiuliano1 : A subluxation is an umbrella term chiropractors use to describe a dysfunctional joint. I stated that for a bone to be out of place there needs no be some ligamentous damage. Bones do not move out of place "normally" and what a chiropractor is actually doing is restoring proper motion to a joint... not aligning it. I am not discrediting chiropractic or saying it doesn't work. PS I am in chiropractic. Just saying that you pushing solely Gonstead is not the "best practice"

  • Can I come in for an adjustment even if I am not in pain Dr. G?

  • so is Gonstead Chiropractic different from mainstream chiropractic? I've been having a hard time finding a Chiropractor whom I've felt has really helped my condition. I have a compression fracture at t6 and a mild one at t7 and I'm only 24 years old.

  • I hope this treatment helped her.

  • Marco Giuliano? typical italian name

  • What is this "nervoscope" supposed to show? I didn't see your meter change at all.
