The Quadruped Alternating Arm/Leg Extension is an exercise that we like to get core stability while getting hip mobility. Also, I really like the linkage between the glute of one leg, through the thoraco-lumbar fascia, to the lat. This is also Mgill's "Bird Dog" exercise.
