The Lord of the Rings Music - The Fellowship

Music from the film The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring. Beautiful soundtrack to a great movie. Composed by Howard Shore. This music takes place towards the end of the film around the time when Sam chases after Frodo as Frodo sails away to journey to Mordor alone. Sam begins to drown, as he can't swim, but Frodo saves him. This song really brings out the friendship of this scene - and a large part of the power behind it is the music.

At 2:12 I suddenly thought about the shire, and the way it was before frodo got the ring, and I almost cried. At 4:55 I thought about the very end, when Sam closes the door, and I did cry. At 5:44 I thought about the riders of Rohan charging into battle, and I stood up and cheered! Then at 5:53 I fainted.
