  • I think of this as a horror movie, really--both psychological and physical horror.

If you've never seen it, by all means rent it--it's worth your time.--arnie113

  • Liz Taylor was at her peak in terms of physical presence and performance in this classic movie.

  • Check out Ciprina Spizzirri's performance of Suddenly Last Summer performed at Questors Theatre, London.

  • a Tennessee Williams play with Hepburn and Taylor performances. This is as good as it gets.

  • @weewiliewinkie --This was after the accident

  • Was this before or after Montgomery Cliff's accident?

  • Elizabeth "AID$" Taylor had a voice that sounded like a fingernail scraping a chalkboard. (Not to mention the poor pronunciatia.)

How did this untalented cow ever get to be a 'star'?

And we LOVE her 'torpedo tits' bra!

  • Beautiful people and fabulous acting

  • @dallaskenn You forget that he would throw money at the starving boys...they would have sex with him for money but resented him and eventually turned on him and killed him. Very plausible.

  • AWESOME POWERFUL FILM!

  • I must see this movie, now that Elizabeth is gone, I'm obsessed with seeing all her movies & this is one I've never seen! So sad, what an actress, & icon

  • Mody..........for ever...........
