An ergonomic office setup is a good starting point, but a person sitting at a desk for prolonged periods will slump and assume poor posture in an attempt to get comfortable, after an average of 20 minutes of sitting statically.

This is because people need to vary their posture during the course of the day as well as get support.

Sitting in a static position for prolonged periods is unnatural, often causing pain, stiffness, and strain.

The BodyBolster strengthens as it supports. When you need to vary your position, you change the angle and/or position of the BodyBolster. Place it horizontally (upper, mid, lower back), vertically (along the back), or semi inflated, wedged at the tailbone (this is also a yoga position).
