Payload is WGS SV-1. Hardly a "top secret spy satellite", more a publically acknowledged communications satellite.

That's not 1st stage separation, that's the two solid rocket boosters being jettisoned. First stage separation occurs at 8:35

hehe ya.. the unstoppable force of capitalism. We even launch US satellites from Baikonour on russian engines. BTW the next launch from russia has been pushed back a few months. A russian crane operator dropped the satellite during loading it onto one of those russian rockets.... oops satellite is MEASAT 3a google it
