Violinist Leila Josefowicz visited 90.9 WGUC to speak with Mark Perzel and Brian O'Donnell about performing "On the Transmigration of Souls" and "The Dharma at Big Sur" and what it is like to play a 6-string electric violin.
She seems like a very sweet person. It is interesting to hear a musician of her stature talk so candidly about their relationship to music and life. Thanks for putting this video up on YouTube!
I saw her perform the Prokofiev 2nd a few years ago. Was great, but couldn't hear her violin very well.

Great interview! And I'm pretty sure one of the interviewers does the voice-over work for Law and Order... ;)
