This is an overspeeding warning device that can be mounted in any motor vehicle, which can detect the "Speed Limit" signal broadcasted by an intelligent "Traffic Sign" or "Speed Sign" (fitted with a wireless transmitter which broadcasts the current speed limit to all passing vehicles). This system allows traffic signs to broadcast different speed limits to passing vehicles, and if a vehicle is exceeding the speed limit, an audible alarm is triggered to warn the driver that he/she is speeding. Future traffic signs may even display different maximum speed limits (using weatherproof / water-proof LCD screens or display units, based on speeds remotely set by a traffic controller). (Patents Pending). In this video, the maximum speed is set to 60 km/hour, and when the wheel speed exceeds this limit, the alarm is triggered.
