Burden of Proof or Burden of Reality?

Do I need to have the murderer in hand in order to prove an innocent man didn't do it?

NO. You don't need to have a crime figured out to prove ONE EXPLANATION is false.

The burden of proof rests with the person trying to impose his EXPLANATION for ANY event. This lie that the establishment of society automatically gets a free pass to determine reality without providing proof is immoral and dangerous. The way the "news" is reported in America does not go through any truth-verifying process where the burden of proof is even begun to be met.

The murderer in custody isn't required to eliminate an innocent man from a crime, however, to hold an innocent man until they get the murderer are victimizing and clinging to a lie. The U.S. government has not proven their militia group and raghead conspiracy theories for OKC and 9/11 and its our fault for not demanding Congress pass laws that we do not go to war with anybody over ANY terrorist act until its FULLY investigated by OUTSIDERS not the USG--with direct oversight by WE THE PEOPLE.

Regular citizens do not have access to high explosives (HE) so fertilizer/fuel oil low explosives-in-a-rent-a-truck EXTERNAL patsy was concocted to hide the INTERNAL HE attack. Individuals can't bring down two gigantic WTC towers, so the EXTERNAL attack by crashing airliners filled with raghead terrorists-we-love-to-hate was needed as the patsy explanation on 9/11 to get racketeer war profits.

The trial run for 9/11 did not go well; half the building still stood and the EXTERNAL diversionary explosion disrupted at least 3 of the internal HE bombs to not detonate. We might be able to assume that the bomb-in-a-rent-truck patsy option having failed once already in 1993 at the WTC towers was disqualified and a more riskier ragheads-with-knives-suicide-airliner-hijack diversionary patsy was selected for the next operation.
