Vid of my 02 A6 2.7T exhaust. Cut everything from the resonator back, replaced with straight piping, with round, SS 3" Magnaflow tips. Filmed with digital camera so quality could be better, it sounds much deeper in person. If anyone with a 2.7T is thinking of doing it, it sounds great, especially when driving.

  • can this pass inspection?

  • @bmxtildeathneverdie Should, it's only sound. I believe I passed inspection with it, I mean the cats are still there and there's no check engine light or anything, it's only the mufflers

  • @JD797 thanks, and one more thing. did you take it somewhere to get it done? if so, then how much was everything to have them do it?

  • @bmxtildeathneverdie Yeah, just take it somewhere where they do decent welding/exhaust work, you can probably try a local mechanic if you think they'll do a good enough job. The tips I bought separately, but I had to pay for some straight piping and for labor. From what I remember, I think it came out to somewhere between 50 and 100, don't quote me on that though, lol.

  • How much did u spend on that car?? I have an Audi4 so i guess i could install the same exhaust.

  • @etshArk87 The exhaust mod was only around 100, plus the cost of the tips which I don't remember, but I also got a black trunk strip, smoked tail lights, put the rs6 spoiler on, painted the grill in front black and did cleared corners on the headlights. Oh, also got some H-sport sway bars which were awesome, but yeah, adds up.

  • I'm lookin toget one of these, 02 with 87k on it. Dealer wants 7800 for it. Thoughts on it? Message me for a link to the page.

  • @98MAzdaMilleniaS Not the new rs6 you dumbass. im talking about the rs6 from 2003 with the similiar body style to this car. they run in the 20s with a decent number of miles.

  • @TLumVids You are an idiot... The RS5 has a 450 hp 4.2 liter N/A V8 and costs $70k, the RS6 has twin turbo 5.2 liter V10 570 hp and costs $100k !

  • @98MAzdaMilleniaS A 370z cost 4 times as much as this so dont talk shit. the audi rs6 which is close to the price of 370z would shit on it so hard. has 450 horsepower with a twin turbo v8

  • sounds good... gonna put up a vid soon of mine

  • @Amber1025Nicole no worries, glad everyone has an opinion. This is actually my previous car, I have an 02 S4 now. It wasn't bad for the cost, posted it so people could research some sounds and expand their options for what to do with their car, everyone has their own tastes

  • Except Dysons are reliable.

  • @228Ghost228 A Nissan 370Z Nismo would fuckin rape this shit in the ass. It has 350 horsepower N/A from a V6 and sounds sexy as hell. These german engines sound like fucking Dysons.

  • kinda ricey, not the deep rich burble you'd expect from a high compression engine. still... not to shabby.

  • Where did you get these exact tips?!? I have looked for an hour and cannot find these exact ones... I would very much appreciate it
