I'm Twelve and I'm about to do this, is it correct?

@098Skylar I would say that bodyweight training is appropriate for anyone of any age. I just emphasize that you start slow, and know your limits. When you're young your body is still growing so you wanna be careful not to strain your muscles. But to answer the question yes you can do this workout. Good luck, train safe!

How often do you recommend doing this (every day, twice a week, etc.)?
KyleMarkAlpha 1 month ago
@KyleMarkAlpha If you're just starting out, I would recommend 3 times a week, with a day of rest in between each. (ex. Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Once this becomes easy, I'd say only use it to get your body warmed up, and move on to a higher difficulty workout. You want to always keep progressing and pushing your body! Thanks for watching.

I love bodyweight training! :) BTW, do you lift weights (gym)?
kimara91 1 month ago
@kimara91 Occasionally I lift weights. I've been switching over to bodyweight training more and more now that I have been more focused on Parkour. In my opinion a good mix of bodyweight, and weightlifting is the best plan.
