Erzbergbahn Photo Runpast

The museum railway between Eisenerz and Vordernberg markt, formerly partly rack-fitted, is operated during the summer at weekends and public holidays. Now operated by former ÖBB railbuses, a special service in connection with the "Gastein Express" in August 2007 was operatoed over the line. The train was stopped on one of the former rach sections, and the excursion passengers were allowed to detrain and stand alongside the line whilst the railcars made a runpast downhill. The train is seen returning for the passengers after the runpast.
