at their high i think the goa`uld would have been atleast a match for the wraith, the ancients relied to much on technology. the system lords on the other hand were ruthless bastards and would have used tactics,weapons and technology to take down the wraith by any means, in ways the ancients and atlantis expedition never did. the wraith only outnumbered the ancients because they used captured zpm`s to clone troops and grow ships faster by our time those were exausted.

dude, by the time of unending, the system lord is gone forever. Plus, the if a fight between the wraith and system lords happen, the wrait win for sure because of superior in number, the same way they beat the ancient

I acaully think the wraith would have taken down the goa'uld, I mean BILLIONS of humasn they can eat... Thats a pretty good motivator... But then again it depends on witch dimension it happens^^
